We are a group of Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Authorized Trainers in Hong Kong, who are passionate about coffee education and sharing. We host SCA courses and classes from Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) in an attempt to raise the awareness of coffee knowledge in the community and to promote the understanding towards Specialty Coffee.
