Payment methods

For online payment, we use 3rd party payment gateway such as Paypal and Stripe. We do NOT collect any credit card information and/or credential of your payment accounts. Our secure Checkout page may either redirect you to the third party payment gateway for payment or embedded their payment section into the same secure page for your convenience. They are isolated from our Online Store.

Refund Policy

All courses are non-refundable in nature. However, if a course is accidentally cancelled or if students cannot attend the course, we would always work on course re-scheduling. Students may opt to attend the upcoming identical courses in the future, but there is no guarantee on choosing the exact day for the course and the course schedule is subject to Coffvengers Coffee Academy's final decision.

All product items, including but not limited to perishable items such as coffee, are also non-refundable in nature. However, please rest assured that for exceptional cases such as defective items or incorrect coffee received, you may contact us immediately for further arrangement. Please also come to us if you have questions or concerns about your purchased items.

Besides, in response to the prevalence of the pandemic coronavirus disease worldwide, we understand that courses/workshops are subject to policy change and/or tutors/students being unavailable to attend the sessions, at such mutually-agreed class swap to another available class is acceptable should it deem necessary. Please contact us should you encounter any difficulty on this issue.
