本課程名稱為進階設備支援，以 CTechP 中級課程所介紹的診斷、維修以及水處理系統知識為基礎，旨在協助學員建立熟練的技術性技 能與服務營運管理能力。在 AES 課程中，學員可綜合自身的技術性知識與經驗，制定預防性維護計畫以及庫存策略;向顧客提供設備建議;分析並解決設備故障的根本問題;高效處理複雜的設備維修、翻新與拆除作業;以及操作常見的全自動義式咖啡機零件與系統。
Advanced Equipment Support builds on the knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and water treatment systems introduced in the CTechP Intermediate courses to build proficiency in both technical skill and service operations management. In AES, learners synthesize their technical knowledge and experience to create preventive maintenance plans and inventory strategies, provide equipment recommendations to customers, analyze and resolve root causes of equipment malfunction, efficiently navigate complex equipment repairs, refurbish and decommission equipment, and work with common super-automatic espresso machine parts and systems.
