This is the beginning course for you!

We will start from characteristics of green bean coffee, introducing their differences among varieities, origins and all along to the principles of coffee roasting. Then we will start roasting practically and cup our own roasted coffee!

You will also be able to take your roasted coffee home for enjoyment!

After the workshop, you will be able to:-
1) Describe basic green bean charactertistics to be noted before roasting
2) Describe the roasting process of coffee beans
3) Evaluate coffee beans after roasting
4) Cup your freshly roasted beans
